Lock One Park is essentially the park that time forgot. It's down a dead-end road and behind a chain that you can climb over. At one time, it served as a lock on the Cumberland River. Now there's a dock, tracks, rusty stairs and broken concrete, safety hazards and a bunch of things that make you wonder what all used to be here.
