I don't know if you'd call this a memorial or a monument or whatever. 2007 was the 200th anniversary of the founding of the county. Vertically along the top part is the name of the county seat, McMinnville. Along the three lower bumps are the names of the other incorporated cities, Centertown, Morrison & Viola. This is located on the grounds of the county courthouse.
