Accessible from a parking lot at the corner of Water St. and Spencer alley is this mural entitled Charlotte Through the Years. The mural was painted by 5th grade students at Charlotte Elementary School from the 2004-05 class and the 2005-06 class. Depicted on the mural are several of the historic building at the square or nearby.
