The Gate House is rather difficult to see because it's atop the Reservoir and you can't get close to it. This photo was taken from the next hill over (at Ft. Negley) and I'm using full zoom and then crop the picture. The Reservoir was built on Kirkpatrick hill in 1887-89, and I assume the house was also.
