There were two General Hospital buildings located here along Rolling Mill Hill, and this was the "newer" one albeit still many decades old. I believe both buildings were refurbished as condos. My mother-in-law worked at this hospital, and she told me that many of the staff would climb up on the roof for the July 4th fireworks.
