Completed in 1855, Rippavilla is a Greek Revival mansion build for Confederate soldier Nathaniel F. Cheairs IV. The Civil War battle of Spring Hill happened on the grounds. Today the home is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is open for tours and the 'Swanky Plank' Marketplace.
